Tribunj
Tribunj has always been a village with rich fishing tradition. Just like in the past, today a big part of the population works on one of many fishing boats. Not far away from the village there are rich fields where local people grow vinegar and oliv trees some of which reach more than 150 years. Tribunj's oliv oil is well knowen in whole country. The village counts about 2500 citizens, and the number surprisingly is never decreasing. The reason for that is the sea, rich fields, turisam and the good location respect to big cities such as Split, Šibenik, and Zadar. If you chose to pass your holidays in Tribunj you will be able to visit National park Kornati and national park Krka, two of most beautiful parks of Nature in whole region. |
