Tribunj
Tribunj has a rich history. The earliest data of the exsistance is in 1650's.Today it is still possible to see the remains of an old fortress on the hill of st. Nicholas. The historical part of the village is situated on a small island which is connected to the cost by an old stone bridge, as you can see on the photo. Local people have always been agricultural workers as much as fisherman, today that tradition is still current, and Tribunj more than 50 fishingboats as well as fish export. Turisam has become a spread activity only in 1970's, but unlike other turistic destinations Tribunj has kept its authentic identity.
